TULSA - Sentencing has been delayed for the former Skiatook superintendent accused of accepting bribes.
Gary Johnson pleaded guilty in July and was scheduled to be sentenced Monday. The sentencing has been pushed back to January.
Prosecutors say Johnson accepted money from Rick Enos in exchange for steering district contracts to Enos' companies.
Enos has pleaded not guilty to bribery charges and will be back in court January 25.
