TULSA - Women in the Tulsa area can learn self-defense while helping others.
Instructors at South Tulsa's Title Boxing are holding a self-defense class Saturday afternoon.
Women interested in attending need to make at least a $10 donation. The money will benefit the Domestic Violence Intervention Services, or DVIS.
Ladies of all ages are welcome.
"Like the old saying, I defended them once. If I teach them to defend themselves, they defend themselves for a lifetime," instructor Nick Grandnetti said.
The class is at 3 p.m. Saturday at Title Boxing, located at 81st Street and Harvard.
