SAPULPA, Okla. - Sapulpa-area residents who are customers of Creek County Rural Water District #2 are asked to immediately limit their outside water usage.
Officials say the Sapulpa water tower has a leak and must be taken out of service for repairs.
All customers in the Sapulpa area are asked to restrict outside watering.
Officials say the request is a precaution at this time and they expect all of their approximately 1,000 customers to remain in service, though they may experience low water pressure.
It is unknown at this time how long repairs will take, officials say.
For residents unsure of their service area, call the water district's office at (918) 299-4448.
