SAPULPA, Okla. - You could call it a shot of a lifetime!
With just seconds to go before halftime of the Sapulpa and Union 8th grade basketball game Monday night, Jarrett Dilley made a shot just beyond the mid-court stripe to widen the Chieftains lead going into the break.
In the video sent to us by Michelle Krehbiel, you can see Jarrett snag the rebound off of a Union miss, take three dribbles and then launch his Hail Mary attempt.
After the buzzer sounds and ball goes through the net, the crowd went crazy as Jarrett was mobbed by his teammates.
"It was incredible," said Angela Wood of Sapulpa Junior High, who was in the stands. "It was an awesome atmosphere."
Sapulpa won 60-47.

Many people were able to survive and ride out the tornado thanks to storm shelters. Now there's talk of mandating that they be installed in homes.
