SAND SPRINGS, Okla. - Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say a Sand Springs man was killed in a single-car accident about 4 miles south of Sand Springs in Osage County.
Troopers say Bradley Fisher, 34, was southbound on State Highway 97 around 5 p.m. Saturday when his car failed to make a curve in the road and left the roadway. The car hit an embankment and went airborne, colliding with several trees.
Fisher died at the scene. There were no passengers in the car.
The cause is still under investigation, but troopers say there was an odor of alcohol at the scene.
