ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - The jury trial for a youth minister accused of molesting underage girls is set to begin Monday in Rogers County.
Joe Cheater is facing seven counts of lewd molestation and two counts of first-degree rape.
Investigators say Cheater worked at several Catoosa-area churches, but they believe all the victims are somehow associated with his children.
Investigators also believe the assaults happened in 2008 at his home at the old "Lake Valley Mobile Home Park."
Prosecutors say there are at least six alleged victims, all girls under the age of 14.
The jury trial for the first case is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. in Rogers County.
