OKLAHOMA CITY - The OSBI is offering up to a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murders of two men in Pittsburg County Dec. 5, 2010.
David Smith and Mark Anthony Hall Jr. were shot to death inside Smith’s home approximately four miles north of Hartshorne, Okla.
“The OSBI is hopeful such a large reward for information will encourage someone with crucial information to come forward,” said Jessica Brown, OSBI spokesperson.
