TULSA - Tulsa police arrested a man suspected of rape Monday.
Arthur Gunner Carlson, 22, was taken into custody Monday morning on multiple felony charges, including three counts of rape, three counts of rape by instrumentation, two counts of sodomy and one count of assault and battery.
According to TPD, a woman filed a report in April stating Carlson held her against her will at his place of residence, raping her multiple times when she resisted his advances.
Detectives with TPD's Sex Crimes Detectives Unit submitted charges to the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office and a warrant was obtained Monday totaling $340,000.
