ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - It was a cold night for more than 1,000 Green Country residents who were without power during the season's biggest snow to date.
PSO reported that more than 1,200 customers were without power overnight in Rogers County.
Strong winds caused the problem at a power sub-station, leading to the outages.
Service was restored to all customers early Thursday morning, according to PSO's website.
