TULSA - Tulsa's historic Cain's Ballroom ranks among the top club venues in the entire world, according to the latest ticket sales numbers from Pollstar magazine.
Cain's sold 96,783 event tickets in 2012, earning it the number 25 spot on the top 100 club venues list.
A Tulsa landmark since 1924, the ballroom was home to Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys and has boasted international acts like the Sex Pistols and homegrown performers such as Hanson and Kings of Leon.
Cain's has a maximum capacity of 1,250 tickets.
Upcoming shows include Stoney LaRue, The xx, Jamey Johnson and They Might Be Giants.
