TULSA - Police say 33-year-old Joseph Tillman has been eliminated as a suspect in the quadruple homicide. At this point, detectives have no suspects in the case.

Tillman was wanted for questioning in connection with the murders in Tulsa. Police arrested him in Independence, Kansas after making a traffic stop Tuesday.

The Independence police officer arrested him on an outstanding assault and battery warrant and discovered that Tulsa police were looking for him.

Investigators in Tulsa believe Tillman knew one of the four women found shot to death in an apartment at Fairmont Terrace in south Tulsa Monday.

They had hoped Tillman could provide information about what happened to the victims.

Police say he has not been released yet and is still in Kansas.
