Detectives say they discovered the victim, Joshua Hilberling, had fallen out of the window after a domestic disturbance with his wife in which he may have been pushed..
The wife, 19-year-old Amber Hilberling, was questioned by police and arrested for second degree murder. According to her arrest report, she told witnesses she had pushed her husband, resulting in his death.
Hilberling's complaint was upgraded to first degree murder Wednesday afternoon. Her bond is set at $250,000.
