PITTSBURG COUNTY, Okla. - A Pittsburg County man was arrested Monday for allegedly biting his son.
Police arrested 24-year-old Benjamin Staples for child abuse.
According to officials, the victim's mom took her four-month-old son to the hospital after seeing bite marks on his shoulder and thigh.
DHS was called to the residence to investigate the case.
Authorities say Staples told them he fell on the child while sleeping on the couch.
Staples is being held on $50,000 bond.
