One of the region's largest horse shows gets under way Monday in Tulsa.
The Pinto Horse Association's World Championship Horse Show is expected to bring more than 5,000 people to Expo Square.
This is the largest gathering of the Pinto breed, and and the horse show offers tons of shopping opportunities and exciting equine activity.
In addition to the competition, this year horses will walk in the "Pink Your Pinto Parade" June 19 to support the fight against breast cancer.
The showcase kicks off Monday inside the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex and runs through June 23.
Officials estimate the event will bring in around $30 million to the local economy.
