TULSA - Tulsa police have ruled out a person of interest in the shooting death of a woman in early May.

Frankie Lee Holliday, is no longer a person of interest in the death of 29-year-old Kimberly Ragland, police say.

On May 9, officers responded to a shots fired call near 55th and South Wheeling. They found Ragland slumped over in the passenger seat of a car with a gunshot wound.

Police say the Ragland was with her boyfriend, 24-year-old James Darton at a party earlier in the evening.

Witnesses say the couple was fighting.

Darton is still a person of interest and police are looking for him.
