TULSA - Police have identified a person of interest in an attempted robbery from Sunday night.
Authorities say 25-year-old Darell Mitchell was armed when he confronted a carhop at a west Tulsa Sonic and demanded money.
The victim ran into the store and locked the door.
The suspect fled the scene when he couldn't get inside.
Police say Mitchell has an outstanding warrant for his arrest on an unrelated misdemeanor.
