TULSA COUNTY, Okla. - A Tulsa County judge has declared Pat Key the winner in the race for Tulsa County Clerk.
Votes from last month's election between Key and Dean Martin were recounted last week at Martin's request.
Those results unofficially gave an extra vote to Key and a lost for Martin, giving the former the edge at 9009 to 8825, according to Tulsa County Election Board Secretary Patty Bryant.
