BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A Tulsa couple is charged after police find meth-making materials in their daughter's backpack.

34-year-old Cecil Doyle Martin and 26-year-old Melissa Dawn Martin were arrested in Broken Arrow on Tuesday, August 11th.

Police say the couple's one and two-year-old children were in the car at the time of the arrest.

Officers found a meth lab in a 'Dora the Explorer' backpack, as well as marijuana in their vehicle.

The Martins are charged with attempting to manufacture and unlawfully possessing of a controlled substance, as well as child endangerment.

Their children are in DHS custody.
