A taxpayer group out of Owasso is trying to get enough signatures to start a grand jury investigation in that city.
The group is asking a Tulsa County grand jury to investigate allegations of political corruption and other criminal activity.
The concern stems from the June arrest of the former City Manager Rodney Ray.

The group needs to present 5,000 signatures from county registered voters by Thursday.
