OSBI investigates suspicious Cherokee County death

CHEROKEE COUNTY, Okla. - State agents are investigating a suspicious death in Cherokee County.
According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, agents responded to the scene in Cookson Wednesday at the request of the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department.
Bradford Brooks, 56, was found dead outside his home on Cookson Bend Road by a family member.
OSBI officials say the medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of Brooks' death, which appears suspicious at this point.
