TULSA - Tulsa police say one person was killed in a head-on collision just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Investigators say a car was heading north on Peoria near 63rd Street South when it attempted to pass another vehicle, crossed the center line and crashed head-on into an SUV going south.
The driver of the car was transported to the hospital in extremely critical condition. A passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The name of the fatality has no been released.
