TULSA - Tulsa police say a head-on collision closed eastbound 21st Street Monday evening.
Officers say a vehicle crossed the center line just west of Highway 169 around 8:30 p.m. Monday and slammed into an oncoming car.
The driver of the second car suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital in fair condition. No one else was hurt.
The crash shut down eastbound 21st Street for about 45 minutes.
