TULSA - Oklahoma's tax-free weekend is here, and stores around the state are stocking up for the shopping rush.
Uniforms will be a new item on the list for many, but some thrifty shopping could leave room in the budget for some new fall wear as well.
Tax-free weekend means no state or local sales tax on clothing or shoe purchases less than $100. The weekend began at 12:01 Friday morning and ends Sunday at midnight.
A list of items sold tax free during the special shopping weekend can be found at http:// bit.ly / tax-freeweekend .
Here's a list of retailers and their hours of operation this weekend.
We also found a couple special promotions.
