STILLWATER, Okla. - It was 10 years ago Thursday that 10 members of the Oklahoma State University men's basketball program died in a plane crash.

On January 27, 2001, a small charter plane carrying two players and eight staff members went down shortly after take off in Colorado.

The Cowboys were on their way back to Stillwater after losing 81-71 to the Colorado Buffaloes earlier that day.

A special ceremony is scheduled for halftime of Wednesday night's game between OSU and Texas.

Former head coach Eddie Sutton and members of the victim's families will be on hand for the ceremony.
