TULSA - A north Tulsa stabbing Friday night has resulted in the city's 10th murder.
Emergency workers responded to the 700 block of North Quincy Avenue just after 5 p.m. and transported a 31-year-old Justin Todd to a local hospital. He died an hour later.
Witnesses told police 55-year-old Dennis Daney was with Todd, on a nearby porch. He was then reportedly seen staggering down the steps before collapsing.
Daney is now in TPD custody. Police say enough evidence was collected to book Daney for first-degree murder.
