TULSA - Tulsa police say the gunman in a deadly shooting has turned himself in, but he has not been arrested.
Officers were called to the area of Latimer Street and North Sheridan Road around 6 p.m. Sunday.
Upon arrival they found a 37-year-old man who had been shot. He later died at the hospital.
Investigators say they believe the shooting may have been in self defense.
The shooter told investigators the victim first pulled a gun on him so he fired his own weapon.
Neither man is being identified at this point.
Police say it will be up to the district attorney's office to determine whether any charges should be filed.
