New charge filed against TPS administrator

TULSA - A Tulsa Public Schools administrator faces another lewd molestation charge.
Skelly Elementary Assistant Principal Robert Yerton Jr. now faces three counts of lewd molestation and two counts of sexual abuse of a child.
The District Attorney added a new charge on Monday. The latest lewd molestation charge comes from an incident that occurred in 2001.
Court records show Yerton bonded out of jail. He is due back in court July 16th for a preliminary hearing.
Yerton is currently on paid suspension from the Tulsa School District, during this investigation.
