TULSA - Several new Brady District businesses are hoping the upcoming Drillers season will help bring in customers.
Since the end of last season, several new bars, restaurants and a hotel have opened.
One of those restaurants, The Rusty Crane, opened in October. Owner Lee Brennan says opening day has been circled on his calendar for a long time. "We couldn't be more tickled that it's here," he said.
Brennan is unable to tell how much the baseball team will contribute to profits, but he's optimistic. "We don't have a litmus to go by," he said. "We know for sure, the warmer weather and the Drillers right across the street, it is going to be a huge impact."
Brennan hopes his success will lead to even more Brady District development.
