TULSA - Tulsa police say a naked man rammed his car into two fences in a North Tulsa neighborhood before striking someone's porch.
Officers say the man refused to comply with their commands. They believe he was high on PCP, which officers say makes people very dangerous.
No one was hurt during the incident.
