Veterans job fair slated for February at Muskogee Civic Center

MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Veterans on the hunt for a new job may be in luck. 

The 2013 Eastern Oklahoma Veteran & Military Hiring Fair & Business Opportunity Summit is next month at the Muskogee Civic Center.

Employers attending the fair are looking for veterans and military personnel to fill a number of federal positions.

Workshop sessions are also scheduled to help veterans learn more about federal employment.

The job fair is Feb. 7 at the Muskogee Civic Center, located at 425 Boston Ave.  Doors open at 9 a.m. for veterans and 10 a.m. for the general public.

Admission is free of charge.
