MUSKOGEE, Okla. - An Oklahoma man suspected of using FedEx to distribute heroin pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court.
Ramon Lake, 58, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances in Muskogee.
He was indicted in June along with his son, Landry Lake, who pleaded guilty last month.
The indictment alleged Lake, from Talihina, obtained the heroin from his son and shipped it through the mail service from March 2011 to August 2011.
Both Lake and his son are out on bond pending sentencing.
