MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reopened a portion of the Muskogee Turnpike closed Wednesday afternoon after a semi caught fire, sparking a nearby grass fire.
The eastbound lanes of the Muskogee Turnpike were closed at mile marker 45 between Muskogee and Webbers Falls.
About a quarter mile of land burned from the ditch.
No one was injured.
The turnpike was closed for about an hour and 15 minutes. All lanes are now reopened.
