Police: Missing Muskogee teens found safe

MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Muskogee police say two teens missing since Sunday were found safe Thursday morning.
Thirteen-year-old Stormy Rowe and 16-year-old Brandon Bridges are in custody.
Police say Rowe's mother grew concerned Wednesday after receiving a phone call.
Police say the teens were located early Thursday morning, though the details have not been released.
