LINCOLN COUNTY, Okla. - A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man for fraud.

Jason Priest, 36, is now facing 12 counts of home repair fraud.

Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt filed the charges Tuesday in Lincoln County.

According to an investigation by the Public Protection Unit, Priest is the owner of JMP Buildings and Muskogee Barn Company.

He allegedly signed contracts and accepted payment to build barns or outbuildings in 12 counties between 2009 and 2001.

Investigators say Priest never completed the projects, scamming victims out of more than $82,000.
