MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. - A former Boynton firefighter facing arson charges has pleaded guilty.

Dustin Davis was given a five-year deferred sentence for starting fires in Muskogee County.

Davis admitted starting seven Boynton fires in July 2012 in order to fight them with his co-workers.

He pleaded guilty to felony third-degree arson.

In addition to the deferred sentence, Davis must also pay additional fines.
