BIG CABIN, Okla. - A multi-vehicle accident shut down the Will Rogers Turnpike in Mayes County early Friday.

Around 2 p.m., crews had reopened all lanes of the turnpike.

Around 4:30 a.m., the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports two semis and an SUV collided on I-44 just south of Big Cabin.

OHP estimates the remaining lanes will be closed a total of six hours.

OHP says several people were injured but the extent of those injuries wasn't known.
