Tulsa's Most Wanted: Virgil Wallace Poole Jr.

TULSA - Tulsa's most wanted suspect this week is Virgil Wallace Poole Jr.

Poole, 49, is wanted on a number of charges, including kidnapping, maiming, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery.

Police say Poole locked his girlfriend in a closet last December.  He the hit her over the head with a hammer and burned her with a curling iron.

Poole has a $525,000 bond.

Police say Poole should be considered dangerous and possibly armed.

Poole has brown hair and eyes.  He is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

The Crime Commission is offering a cash reward for information leading to Poole's arrest.
