TULSA - Police are searching for this week's most wanted person in Tulsa County.
Vincent Ray Carter, 19, is wanted out of Tulsa County for escape, possession of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug with intent with 1,000 feet of a school.
Police say Carter also faces two counts of knowingly concealing stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Once apprehended, police say Carter will be held without bond.
Carter is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 152 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
