TULSA - One of Tulsa’s most wanted surrendered to authorities Wednesday morning.

Stormey Wayne Jordan, 25, was booked into the Tulsa jail for felony manslaughter, felony driving under the influence, seven misdemeanor warrants and a probation violation.

In February, police said Jordan and Amanda Perez were in the same vehicle when the driver lost control, sending the car into the median. The car hit a tree and burst into flames.

Perez died as a result of her injuries.

Jordan is being held without bond.
