TULSA - Tulsa police have a new Most Wanted suspect.
Kenneth Etter is wanted for a failing to appear on an uttering a forged instrument charge.
The 52-year-old also has 14 outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
Etter is a white man around 5 feet 9 inches and 190 pounds with brown graying hair and blue eyes.
