TULSA - Tulsa police located and arrested Tulsa's most wanted near the 4700 block of South Braden Tuesday.
Dwaine Edward Ryder, 29, is a suspect in the shooting death of a man last week at a west Tulsa apartment complex.
Ryder was wanted out of Tulsa County for first-degree murder and possession of a firearm.
Ryder is a suspect in the shooting death of Emil L. Barron , 32, who was found dead Sept. 4 at Parkview Terrace Apartment Complex near West 61st Street and South Union Place.
Police believe Barron and Ryder, who was a transient at the complex, argued before Ryder shot Barron.
Ryder has been booked in the Tulsa County Jail. He is being held on first-degree murder without bond.
