TULSA - Tulsa police are asking for help locating a wanted hit-and-run suspect.
Andrew Penny, 37, is wanted on a felony warrant with five counts, including hit-and-run. Police say Penny also has six misdemeanor warrants.
Penny has a $50,000 bond for the hit-and-run warrant.
Police describe him as a black man, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
