TULSA - More than a dozen major companies in the Tulsa area are looking for new employees Tuesday.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. JobNewsTulsa.com is holding a career fair for all industries at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center.
Employers will be interviewing for all positions -- entry level through management.
Opportunities include sales, marketing, information technology, administration, customer service, engineering, skilled trades, manufacturing, accounting and transportation.
The following is a list of participating companies: Siemens Energy, Walgreens, Mobile Management, Braum's, Brown Mackie, Denali First Roofing, Kansas State University, Taylor Crane and Rigging, Vatterott, DirecTV, EFG Companies, Hibdon Tires Plus, Spartan College, LOGIX Communications, Mutual of Omaha, Stand By Personnel, Bob Hurley Auto Family, Wright Career College and more.
Human resources professionals from Workforce Oklahoma will also provide job seekers free resume critiques and tips on how to market themselves more effectively.
The fair is in south Tulsa, located off Highway 169 between 61st and 71st.
Attendees are encouraged to dress professionally, bring plenty of resumes, be ready to interview on-the-spot and arrive early.
