TULSA - More than 11,000 PSO customers were without power in Tulsa County late Monday into early Tuesday morning.
Another 1,500 outages were reported in Wagoner County.
Power was restored during the overnight hours.
2NEWS went in search of the source early Tuesday morning. Our crew found an electrical team working on a substation at 36th Street and South 129th East Avenue.
At the height of the problem, about 11,700 customers were in the dark along 129th between 21st Street and 51st Street.
PSO told 2NEWS an equipment failure caused the problem.
