TULSA - More lane closures are scheduled to begin Wednesday as part of the I-44 widening project near Lewis.
All lanes of Utica Avenue are closing at the 51st Street intersection on the south side of I-44.
Those closures are expected to last until 5 p.m. Thursday.
The westbound on-ramp to the highway from Lewis will also be closed starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
ODOT officials say ramps at Harvard and Peoria are the best alternatives to getting on westbound I-44.
