STILLWATER, Okla. - A suspended Oklahoma State student is now facing another accusation of assaulting a sleeping victim.
The affidavit released Friday alleges ex-fraternity leader Nathan Cochran touched the leg and back of a nearly asleep "John Doe" and tried to reach inside his pants in August.
The claim makes the fourth count of sexual battery against the 23-year-old.
Cochran, who was scheduled to appear in court Monday, now has a court date of Feb. 4.
