TULSA - Tulsa police say a man wanted in Jasper County, Mo., has surrendered to police in Tulsa.
Officials say Marcus Stephens, aka Markus Hill, turned himself in to authorities in Tulsa on Saturday.
Stephens is a suspect in a homicide in Joplin in July. He was considered armed and dangerous by police.
Stephens also has two outstanding warrants in Tulsa County.
