TULSA - Authorities have identified a man whose body was found Monday afternoon in the Arkansas River in Tulsa.
Police say that three men who were practicing archery discovered the man's body Monday afternoon beneath the 71st Street bridge in Tulsa. The man's body was found on a sandbar.
Amy Elliot with the state medical examiner's office says the man was identified as 31-year-old Randall Swain.
Swain's cause of death and how long his body was there are pending toxicology and a complete autopsy, said Elliot.
No other information was available.
