McAlester special education teacher suspended

MCALESTER, Okla. - A McAlester Public Schools teacher has been suspended, 2News has learned.
Michelle Edwards, a special education teacher with McAlester High School, was suspended with pay for sleeping with a special education student at the school, the McAlester News-Capital reports.
The paper is reporting the student is a male over the age of 18.
No charges have been filed.
