MANNFORD -- June 29, Shout for America will hold a benefit for local veteran Darian Varnell.
Varnell, who has been diagnosed with cancer, is headed to San Francisco for cancer treatment.
Proceeds from SHOUT’s thrift store that day will go to help Varnell with travel, food and lodging costs.
Concessions will be on sale from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The thrift shop will open at 10 a.m. June 29. The benefit begins at 4 p.m. with live entertainment by local musicians and runs until 8 p.m.
The event also includes an auction.
Shout for America is located at 3632 S. Hwy 48 in Mannford.
